Wine Country to the Rescue doesn't happen without the people who show up early, stay late, and make sure every guest feels the heart behind this event. Every year, our volunteers are the backbone of an unforgettable evening that raises critical funds for the Northern Sonoma County firefighters who protect our community.

Whether you're pouring wine, guiding guests to their seats, or helping run the auction, your time directly supports life-saving equipment, training, and resources for the firefighters who show up for us every single day. This is your chance to show up for them.

Volunteer Opportunities

We need help across every part of the event, including:

• Setup & Décor — Help transform Trentadue Winery into the night's venue before guests arrive

• Check-In & Guest Services — Welcome guests, manage registration, and answer questions

• Auction Support — Assist with silent and live auction displays, bid sheets, and checkout

• Beverage & Dining Service — Help pour wine, serve dinner, and keep the evening flowing

• Breakdown & Cleanup — Lend a hand at the end of the night to wrap things up

No experience necessary — just a willingness to pitch in and be part of something meaningful.

Time Commitment

Volunteer shifts are flexible, so you can choose to help before the event, during, or both. Whether you have a couple of hours or the whole evening to give, there's a role for you.
